Alliance Truck Parts & Service reserves the right to require deposits for parts or services, especially for large orders or specialized repairs. All payments are due upon completion of service or pickup of parts, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in liens on vehicles or other legal recourse.

Our maximum liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services will be limited to the amount paid by you to Alliance Truck Parts & Service for the specific service or part giving rise to the claim.
