3. Pricing and Payment

All prices for parts and services will be quoted prior to commencement of work or sale. Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of service or purchase. Alliance Truck Parts & Service reserves the right to require deposits for parts or services, especially for large orders or specialized repairs. All payments are due upon completion of service or pickup of parts, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in liens on vehicles or other legal recourse.

We accept various forms of payment, which will be communicated at the time of transaction. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will not affect orders or services already agreed upon and commenced.

4. Warranty on Parts and Service

Alliance Truck Parts & Service provides a warranty on parts and labor for a specified period, typically defined on your invoice or service agreement. The duration and scope of the warranty vary depending on the specific part or service. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, unauthorized modification, or improper installation not performed by Alliance Truck Parts & Service.

For aftermarket parts, manufacturer warranties apply where applicable. Any warranty claims must be brought to our attention promptly. Warranty work will be performed at our designated service facility.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their vehicle's history and current issues.
• Customers must ensure their vehicle is available for service at the scheduled time.
• Customers are responsible for collecting their vehicle within a reasonable timeframe after service completion. Storage fees may apply for vehicles left beyond 48 hours post-completion without prior arrangement.
• Customers must adhere to all safety instructions and warnings provided with parts purchased from us.

6. Limitation of Liability

Alliance Truck Parts & Service will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. Our maximum liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services will be limited to the amount paid by you to Alliance Truck Parts & Service for the specific service or part giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts located in Jacksonville, Florida.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
